The tool is a web based application hosted in ePalmleaf's secure server, with User convenience to use the application from anywhere - anytime through Internet Explorer.
The Application has been designed to handle activities.....that repeat periodically, based on an event or those occuring just once....
ePalmleaf provides the list of standard compliance activities, grouped under respective categories. New activities can be added and the parameters can be customised as per Customer's requirment. Feature to capture the details of the activity on completion including file upload facility.
The Customer can opt for a suitable user license as per their organisation's requirement and assign activities to the respective users to handle the activities.
Configurable Advance eMail Alert System is built in, to inform of the activity getting due. A timely escalation process, to ensure the pending activities are brought to the notice of the management.
Variety of reports to view the the details of the completed activities....
